Abstract

The objective of this work is focused on helping during Urban license process. This application provides a technological advance for professionals and citizens. It’s a tool that simplifies and speeds up the realization of almost 90% of Urban licenses. Moreover, it’s the first step in the council online process and represents an approach to e-administration. Citizens will be able to access, using Internet, to the database in order to consult the requirements that must be presented and technical documentation minimum contents. Furthermore, they´ll fill the forms. This project also includes analysis to find the best way to order information, a valuation of each option and a selection of the best one. Once chosen the solution adopted, it will be created the database that will be available for all the users.
