VALORES LÍMITE DE EMISIÓN EN LOS SECTORES CERÁMICO, FRITAS Y TEXTIL
Resumen
This work refers to the study, information and evaluation of the emission threshold values (ETV’s) in the sectors affected by the IPPC Law (by transposition of Directive 96/61/CE) and it has the goal to determine the practical significance that these regulations reached in getting the different ETV´s, determined for certain parameters and obtained by means of the (BAT´s).
For this work, three basic sectors for the industry of the Comunitat Valenciana have been chosen: ceramics, frits and textile, with a representativity of a 32.6% regarding the whole Spanish territory, comparing the results at the national level. These ETV´s are complemented with other aspects, such as the land and the underground water protection, the procedures for residues management, the treatment of athmospheric emissions, the actions considered in the event of situations diferent to the normal ones, the impact on the environment of new production lines or enlargement of current facilities, etc., obtening as many considerations as possible objectives to take into account.
This polution integrated approach is compared with the rest of Autonomic Communities, informing about the performance of the clean technologies used and of the ones that achieve a better “integration” since the Directive IPPC was put in place.
Keywords: Directive 96/61 EC, IPPC, integrated environmental authorization, integrated approach of the pollution, (BAT’s) best available techniques, (ETV’s) emission threshold values, clean technologies, ceramics, frits and textile sectors.
