This paper presents the methodological process for a true work accident reconstruction and evaluation using a bundle of software tools. Some of these applications have been originally performed for computer games production and 3D movies animation. We have found this is an optimal solution for dangerous worker situations and motion analysis compared with the MOCAP systems or static monitored dummies. We have integrated all the results within traditional CAD based environments o, photogrammetry obtained sceneries and computer designed characters.
