JARDINERIA, UN FACTOR REHABILITADOR DE PERSONAS CON ENFERMEDAD MENTAL

Abstract

The present work presents the paper the gardening like a rehabilitador factor of people with mental disease, carried out in the labor disciplinary center of Getafe (CRL Getafe). The center initiates its walking in the 2002, with the objective of the insertion of people with mental disease impelled by a team of professionals of diverse areas, with two factories, carpentry and computer science. It is in the 2005 by the profile of the people derived to the center when one becomes necessary to create the factory of gardening and services. The purpose of these factories is the training and the qualification of these people for a later insertion in the labor world. Basic aspects work that must have a worker (puntualidad, rate, quality, among others). During these three years of operation of the gardening factory, one has worked with 40 people, of who 7 are women; the labor insertion has supposed 49% of the total. We can conclude that, the number of women derived to the center constitutes single a 17%. For the people with mental disease it is a positive experience so that through the work they are inserted in the society. Keywords: to rehabilitate, mental disease
