The environmental conditions of different livestock buildings in Galicia have been researched. This communication present the results obtained about levels of lighting in these centers of work.
31 livestock buildings were selected (12 cattle farms, 6 of dairy cattle and 6 of beef cattle; 12 pig farms, 4 of pregnant sows, 4 of maternity sows and 4 of fattening pigs; and 7 poultry farms, five of chickens and two of turkeys) where were realized the necessary measurements that allowed to obtain the lighting maps during a normal working day.
