MERCADO DE PASANTÍAS Y TRABAJOS DE GRADO DENTRO DEL SECTOR EMPRESARIAL NACIONAL, ORIENTADO HACIA EL SECTOR DE LAS TELECOMUNICACIONES
Resumen
In this investigation a study of the market of internships and works of degree for the students of Electronic Engineering of the UNET was made, oriented towards the national sector of the telecommunications, considering in the first place the perception of the professors in the formation of its students, as far as the components Technical, Human and Enterprise, soon to compare it with the Competitions in Design, Construction, Management of Resources and Planning, that the companies of the sector of the telecommunications require of the engineers whom they contract. Soon it was come to determine the preferences of those companies as far as the selection of students of Electronic Engineering of the National Universities. This information was compiled by means of three (3) phases of investigation: one first stage of documentary investigation and the two (2) remaining phases through directed interviews and questionnaires, as much to the internal public, like a the external public. Once made the analysis of the general results it was come to the analysis by objective and to a strategic analysis of the Coordination of Industrial Extension and Internships, one proposal of a vision, mission and values. In the following part of the work, the trade mixture settles down, where component by component is explained as they will be the strategic targets to follow. The components that studied for the trade mixture are those of seven P (7 P) for the trade of services. Finally, the Conclusions of the Investigation are enunciated and the most excellent Recommendations are made.
