A LA EFICIENCIA EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES A TRAVES DE LA TEORÍA DE SISTEMAS, EL CAPITAL SOCIAL Y LA GESTIÓN INTEGRADA DE PROYECTOS
Resumen
The quest for efficiency has become one of the paradigms that shape the work of people with themselves and the organizations that are their natural habitat. The objective has been to find the benefit and happiness based on the achievement of the greatest number and quality of goods with minimum resource consumption that enables that the resulting balance procures a positive one that justifies and fulfilled the undertaken actions and efforts. Some organizations, companies or countries have found through the years, ways of doing and behaviours that certify achieving a higher yield than others, consequently an improvement in their living conditions. Others, like the Spanish (companies, and business in general) have not finished finding appropriate channels; or influenced by other intrinsic and positive factors, they have not sought with enough interest. Among them are discussed briefly, in this release, two: the use of the theory of systems for operations management and the increase in social capital as a base for relations that will lead to a greater efficiency.
