GERENCIA DE PROYECTOS, MEDICIÓN DE LA MADUREZ EN UNA PYME EN ARGENTINA
Resumen
Actually, the project share is increasing in company business and projects are driving the organizational results. Under this condition, a project management office (PMO)
structure is required for sustain the pace in competitive market and business results. Organizations that work under multiproject environment with an increased number of
them require assuring the results by mean of systematic, more extended and integrated application of project management methodology.
The PMO incorporation program first step required measure the organizational project management maturity level and after that it is possible design PMO structure that fit the required. The project management maturity level measure was conducted using an opinion pool methodology with all organizational project stakeholders.
In order to design the opinion pool instrument a bibliographic revision was conducted, in general, all the bibliography consulted is referred for bigger organization that a
PyME. An opinion pool document was prepared takes into account the Argentina PyME characteristic and the maturity level was measure with the Kerzner level definition.
