Abstract

The space of the construction traditional and the dynamic development of new technologies and procedures of the draft Civil Engineering, representing the stage for the participation of professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, developers, contractors and materials and services of suppliers; which are exposed to questioning and risks of all kinds, largely because of the limited capacity of responding to the scene of risk, as a disorder and disregard in the understanding and application of the process of Project Management Construction. There are several success stories about Project Complete Direction and the Risk Management in other areas of knowledge that can help improve this scenario and to minimize and / or take the economic risk to acceptable levels for its management. However, these experiences are not disseminated, discussed and implemented. As this scenario, the subject of the investigation which is being developed in conjunction ETSICCP-FICUT in order to contribute to the sustainability and relevance Building Projects that are based on the Directorate Integrated Projects and Economic Risk Management, as well as improving the quality of life of people.
