    Abstract
    There are some projects that have the peculiarity that the client is not extern to the company: is an extern client. In this paper we present which are those abilities are most important based on the experience acquired working with two different companies: one of them develops his projects working in the sector of the information technologies and the other one in the sector of the automobile. In both cases we have accompanied the Project Manager through the assistance, acquiring the conclusions that are here presented. Palabras clave: Project Management, Internal Client.
