In this research the resources and capacities needed to participation of the international programs of Research and Development.
For them, is used the method of SICU (Sistema Integrado de Categorías Universales), a theory with which you can classify these competitions through of the 26 letters of the
alphabet. A logistical model also intends to determine which of those resources and capacities impact the scientific cooperation.
The results show that the capacities to patent and to publish articles in scientific magazines and the resources as like as information and historical group are elements that increase the participation in programs of international cooperation.
Unfortunately few works are known that they approach this problem focused specifically to investigation groups and for it the advances in this address are of a lot of importance for the scientific community in general.
