Abstract

In this paper we present the proposals conducted between SMEs in the Basque Country who work for projects and through interviews that the same information has been gathered from the way it does business in order to diagnose the situation and take measures to improve their competitiveness through the use of new technologies and opportunities available in the field of teleworking.
