Abstract

From the consideration of the success and failure factor in projects, a revision on how individuals, groups and organizations learn in projects is presented. Based on the same model, different flows in three learning environments are described: project-oriented company, simulation laboratories on Project Management and an experience at the University of Zaragoza known as project incubator.
