From the consideration of the success and failure factor in projects, a revision on how individuals, groups and organizations learn in projects is presented. Based on the same
model, different flows in three learning environments are described: project-oriented company, simulation laboratories on Project Management and an experience at the
University of Zaragoza known as project incubator. It concludes with the lines of inquiry into PM linked to the operation of the incubator.
