| dc.description | El artículo expone la evolución de las instalaciones de una empresa de carácter familiar, dedicada a la confección de pomelos, en un municipio de la provincia de Valencia. En una primera fase, se llevó a cabo el traslado y ampliación desde su ubicación original, dentro del casco urbano del municipio, al polígono industrial más próximo. En la actualidad y tras dos ampliaciones subsiguientes cuenta con una superficie de 6.680 m2, y una producción potencial de 20.000 t/año. En la ponencia se recogen las distintas soluciones adoptadas para adaptar la distribución en planta a las necesidades y superficies disponibles a lo largo de los sucesivos desarrollos de la industria. Así mismo se exponen tanto las soluciones estructurales originales empleadas como el planteamiento adoptado para las principales instalaciones auxiliares. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The article presents the evolution of the facilities of a family business, dedicated to grapefruit making, in a municipality of the province of Valencia. In a first phase, the relocation and expansion was carried out from its original location, within the town centre of the municipality, to the nearest industrial estate. At present and after two subsequent enlargements, it has an area of 6,680 m2 and a potential production of 20,000 t/year. The presentation includes the different solutions adopted to adapt the layout of the plant to the needs and surfaces available throughout the successive developments of the industry. It also presents both the original structural solutions used and the approach adopted for the main auxiliary installations. | es_ES |
