Currently, public and private organizations are searching for human talent that achieve with a professional profile according to those needs. Universities Works aligning the students profile to the organization’s needs.
This article analyzes the Worlds Café use as participative method in order to construct a strategic dialogue that allows to know what organizations need of new professionals.
Researching development applied World Café’s method in order to recreate a hospitality and facilitator environment, having effective conversations between participants (docents, enterprises executives and students).
Results indicates that attitudinal competencies project from enterprises ideas: Leadership, ethics, transcendence, take decisions, “do” without fear to fail, survive, focus on client, Communications. In this challenge, knowledge is contribution to be exceed with: innovation, quality, standardization, internal personal rotation, costs, organizational culture, and laws. The suggested dialogue generated a lot of expectative. The initial doubt (if enterprises will talk about the theme), was descanted as conversation rounds has begun, because everybody wants to keep commenting the questions. With this process, we reach personalized contact between enterprises and University, plus participants’ actions engagement.
