PROMOCIÓN DE LA SOSTENIBILIDAD EN LA ASIGNATURA PLANTAS E INSTALACIONES INDUSTRIALES

Abstract

In the context of Higher European Education System, teaching should be centered in student. In this new paradigm, the teaching-learning system should promote that students develop competences; as specific competences (directly connected with professional activity, as transversal ones (they are needed for professional activity and for a critical and committed citizenship). Ethical competences could be considered in the last group. The aim of this work is to analyze actions developed in the subject Industrial Plants and Installations (Master of Industrial Engineering) in order to promote sustainability and protection of the environment. For this end, developed actions are described and student’s opinions are analyzed.
