| dc.description | Según el Real Decreto 1627/1997, de 24 de octubre, por el que se establecen disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y salud en las obras de construcción en su Artículo 6, el promotor queda obligado a incluir un Estudio de Seguridad y Salud, o un Estudio Básico en los proyectos constructivos, tanto si son de obra como si lo son de instalaciones. Por ello, desde ese año se tiene experiencia en el desarrollo de los mismos. Sin embargo, la mayoría de estudios que en la práctica se incorporan adolecen de una serie de defectos y carencias que en este trabajo se van a analizar e intentar ofrecer medios para su mejora. Uno de ellos en cuanto al contenido, es la generalización en la que se incurre en estos proyectos, cuando lo que debe buscarse siempre es la particularización de manera que el proyecto refleje la situación de proyecto de forma precisa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | According to Spanish Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24th, which establishes a minimum safety and health provisions in construction works, by its Article 6, the developer is obliged to include a Health and Safety Study, or a Basic Study in the construction project document, whether it is related to civil works or engineering. Therefore, since that year we have experience in developing them. However, the majority of studies that are incorporated in practice suffer from a series of defects and shortcomings that in this paper will be analyzed in order to offer means for their improvement.
