    Abstract
The appearance of new technologies such as Eye-tracking are enabling to collect human-computer interaction related data that until now was unknown. There are alternatives with a larger baggage in the field and require fewer resources, such as the heuristic evaluation. This method of evaluation has traditionally been limited to analysing basic aspects related to the interaction or usability. The appearance of new aspects such as the user experience or psychological needs make it necessary to reformulate the current approach of this evaluation method. This paper presents a first approximation of the new heuristic evaluation for the new digital environments. It describes the origin and development of the new approach that includes aspects of a more human and emotional nature. At the same time, communication allows establishing the basis to define a new framework for the heuristic evaluation for the near future.
