EVALUACIÓN DE LA CONVENIENCIA DE SUSTITUCIÓN DE INSTALACIONES DE ILUMINACIÓN EN GARAGES COLECTIVOS

Abstract

There are countless private car parks located in residential buildings equipped with lighting installations which represent an important part of the energy consumption of common facilities. The updating of these facilities is relatively simple and there are plenty of tools which ensure a rapid economic recovery. However, all these tools are generally developed by entities with commercial interests and tend to be too simple. A study on the existing alternatives for the updates is proposed, based on the current state of the art of lighting technology. Based on this information, a decision-making tool is developed, which takes into consideration the necessary investment, the energy and maintenance costs, the improvement in lighting achieved in the existing installation and sustainability-related aspects.
