ANÁLISIS DE RECURSO SOLAR PARA UNA FUNCIONALIDAD SOSTENIBLE EN LOS CAMPUS EDUCATIVOS REGIONALES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD PÚBLICA AUTONOMA DE GUERRERO

Abstract

In Mexico, the Public Autonomous University of the State of Guerrero, presents a serious problem of access to higher education with respect to its offer, rejects approximately 40% of the students who aspire to enter. In this sense, it was proposed to regionalize educational services to give options to students in marginalized areas. Currently, university campuses are being developed in each of the seven regions in which the State of Guerrero is divided. The construction of practice laboratories is contemplated in each campus, however, due to the scarcity of resources, including extreme poverty, there are problems of access to the internet, electricity and water supply, which limits the proper functioning of the facilities . The objective of this work, is to propose in a first stage, the analysis of the solar resource in each campus to determine the viability of the installation of photovoltaic systems, in order to satisfy the energy demand required for the sustainable integral operation of the basic facilities needed on university campuses
