IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN TABLERO KANBAN EN UN PROCESO DE FABRICACIÓN DE HELICÓPTEROS

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to describe the implementation of agile methodologies in industrial processes management.

One of the methodologies that is explored: LEAN, is based on the elimination of waste, continuous improvement (Kaizen), the full participation of the staff, the flexibility of the workforce and the organization/visibility and transparency in the work. It is also developed one of its main tools / methods: KANBAN.

With its implementation, it is intended to improve the management and organization of a manufacturing process of main parts of a helicoper, through a board called "Working Pool", which reflects the system of work and assembly sequencing plus the identification cards of those blocking points in the assembly flow and the bulk material used in said manufacturing process through the KANBAN method.
