LA INTEGRACIÓN DE INTANGIBLES EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE DESARROLLO RURAL

| dc.description | Frente al frecuente fracaso de proyectos en el medio rural con enfoques descendentes, se ha venido promoviendo que la población local participe en las decisiones que afectan a sus territorios (enfoque ascendente), para favorecer un desarrollo regional sostenible (Chambers, 1997; Lusthaus et al., 1999; Horton, 2004; Vázquez-Barquero, 2000). Para ello se debe promover el fortalecimiento progresivo de la población local, de forma que puedan adquirir una serie de habilidades y conocimientos que les permitan gestionar los recursos adecuadamente y emprender actividades productivas en su territorio (Contreras, 2000). Se trata de aspectos intangibles y por tanto difíciles de medir. Por ello, en esta investigación se propone un modelo de integración de los intangibles en la dirección de los proyectos de desarrollo rural. El modelo diseñado complementa y enriquece el marco conceptual para el desarrollo rural “Working with People” -WWP (Cazorla et al, 2013). | dc.description.abstract | Facing the frequent failure of projects in rural areas with top-down approaches, the has been a promotion of participation of the local people in decisions that affect their territories (bottom-up approach) to promote sustainable regional development (Chambers, 1997; Lusthaus et al., 1999; Horton, 2004; Vazquez-Barquero, 2000). This should promote the progressive strengthening of the local population so that they can acquire a range of skills and knowledge that allow them to manage resources properly and undertake productive activities in their territory (Contreras, 2000). These are intangibles and therefore difficult to measure. Hence, in this research a model of integration of intangibles in rural development projects management is proposed.
