| dc.description | Actualmente podemos afirmar que las empresas del sector ferroviario español ocupan los primeros puestos a nivel internacional en el desarrollo de proyectos ferroviarios. Con el fin de garantizar la calidad de los proyectos, el sector aeroespacial ya contaba con la norma EN 9100, era imprescindible que las empresas del sector ferroviario desarrollaran sus proyectos bajo una norma similar. La norma demandada por el sector ferroviario se ha materializado en la “Norma Internacional de la Industria Ferroviaria” IRIS (International Railway Industry Standar), la cual ha sido actualizada en el año 2017 como norma ISO 22163. La finalidad de la norma ISO 22163 es asegurar la calidad del diseño, fabricación e integración de equipos, materiales y sistemas en la cadena de suministradores de un proyecto de ferroviario. El objetivo del presente artículo es realizar la presentación de la norma ISO 22163, comparando su apartado de gestión del proyecto con la estructura del PMBOK. La excelencia de la norma ISO 22163 es que permite la unión de la metodología de la gestión de la calidad, como puede ser lo establecido por ISO 9001, con la metodología de la gestión del desarrollo de proyectos, similar a la estructura del PMBOK. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently we can say that the companies of the Spanish rail sector occupy the first positions at the international level in the development of railway projects. To guarantee the quality of the projects, the aerospace sector already had the EN 9100 standard, it was essential that the railway companies develop their projects under a similar norm. The standard demanded by the railway sector has materialized in the "International Railway Industry Standard" IRIS, which has been updated in 2017 as ISO 22163. The objective of ISO 22163 is to guarantee the quality of the design, manufacture and integration of equipment, materials and systems in the chain of suppliers of a railway project. The objective of this article is to present the ISO 22163 standard, comparing its project management section with the structure of the PMBOK. The excellence of the ISO 22163 standard is that it allows the union of the quality management methodology, as established by the ISO 9001 standard, with the project development management methodology, similar to the structure of the PMBOK. | es_ES |
