This investigation is developed in three stages. In a first phase, the most widespread conceptual views related to R&D&I, contributed by recognized sources and/or organisms, are collected. Next, a set of indicators are selected to analyze and quantify activities and their evolution in the Spanish context, characterizing and comparing the existing models from the investment, expenditure, human resources and derived results. Finally, R&D&I management is structured under the normative approach, focused on the alternatives -projects, operations, results, assessment and strategy- and their integration.es_ES
