| dc.description | La Ley 9/2017 de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP) fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial del Estado el 9 de Noviembre de 2017 y entrará en vigor el 9 de Marzo de 2018, derogando el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (TRLCSP) aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011, de 14 de Noviembre. La nueva LCSP traspone las Directivas Europeas 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de Febrero, relativas a la adjudicación de contratos de concesión y sobre contratación pública. Esta ley desarrolla las normativas europeas tras más de año y medio de retraso sobre el plazo establecido (18 de Abril de 2016) y tras un extenso ajuste del texto normativo tras la negociación de 975 enmiendas. En la presente comunicación se realiza una descripción de los requisitos para la contratación pública de servicios de ingeniería y arquitectura, señalando los principales cambios introducidos por la Ley 9/2017 de contratos del sector público. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Spanish Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) was published in the Official State Gazette on November 9,2017 and will enter into force on March 9,2018, repealing the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Law (TRLCSP) approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14. The new LCSP transposes the European Directives 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU of 26 February on the award of concession contracts and on public procurement. This law develops the European regulations after more than a year and a half of delay over the established deadline (18 April 2016) and after an extensive adjustment of the normative text after the negotiation of 975 amendments. This communication describes the requirements for public procurement of engineering and architectural services, indicating the main changes introduced by Law 9/2017 on public sector contracts. | es_ES |
