dc.descriptionEn los últimos años ha surgido una nueva tendencia en la dirección de proyectos de construcción, que podría suponer un gran cambio en el modo en que este tipo de proyectos son gestionados. La situación actual demanda cambios y, tomando el ejemplo del sector industrial, la construcción busca la mejorar la eficiencia a través de las metodologías ágiles, especialmente en el lean. Las metodologías lean comparten los objetivos esenciales que actualmente persigue el sector: mejora de la eficiencia de los recursos, menor plazos de entrega y mayor valor para el cliente. En este trabajo se analiza la bibliografía más relevante para el desarrollo de la metodología Lean Construction durante las últimas décadas, partiendo de las primeras investigaciones de Lauri Koskela, y se divide en 3 bloques principales: origen del Lean Construction, herramientas más empleadas y futuro del Lean Construction. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad ayudar a comprender el estado actual de la investigación en Lean Construcción, sentando las bases para un futuro trabajo de investigación en mayor profundidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractRecently a new movement in construction project management has come out, bringing fresh air to the sector. This new movement could suppose a complete revolution. The current situation demands for changes, and inspired by the manufacturing industry, construction industry is looking for solutions in the agile management methods, especially in the lean. Lean pursues the main objectives the construction industry is trying to improve currently: efficiency of resources, delivering time and customer value. For these reasons, it has become an ideal ally. This project analyses the most relevant bibliography in the field in the last decades which has helped to the development of the Lean Construction, starting by the first contributions of Lauri Koskela. It is divided into 3 main blocs: Origins of Lean Construction, most employed tools in Lean Construction and future perspectives in Lean Construction. This research aims to help to understand the state of art of the field and set the bases for future researches which should contribute to the improvement of the Lean Construction.es_ES
