LA VOLATILIDAD DEL CAPITAL SOCIAL EN LA GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS Y LAS ORGANIZACIONES Y SUS EFECTOS EN LA PRODUCTIVIDAD
Resumen
The asset of the social capital is a value in itself and provides, regardless of technology or organizational systems, an increase in productivity in the management of operations. This statement is demonstrated both in macro-organizations, which may represent countries or regions, and in the micro-organizations, that we identify as companies or projects. But, although its achievement is not easy and requires an important effort of both Directors of companies and Project Managers, its loss is relatively easy to suffer.
This statement gives the keys to avoid that loss and to be able to neutralize the volatility, which the normal evolution of the management of the operations can produce and, from there, propose measures that ensure and maintain the social capital achieved, and even increase it, so that they continue to provoke an increase in efficiency.
