LA EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA COMO UNA HERRAMIENTA DE PLANIFICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA EN UN PROYECTO DE VIVIENDA TIPO

Abstract

Energy efficiency in a project to build housing type is an essential tool in strategic planning, as this creates an opportunity to reduce energy consumption, design houses with low energy demand and promote more sustainable construction. In this paper an analysis of a housing project type in Mexico, considering different climate zones, oriented to the exploration and study of the behavior of such housing under different operating conditions is made. The analysis was performed using the Trnsys software, a transient simulation software used for design and optimization of energy systems and thermal simulation of buildings . Results of the performance of housing project type in different structural design for different climatic zones are presented, exploring its utility in implementing strategic planning to design, construction, use and maintenance of homes with energy efficiency in relation to hygrothermal comfort.
