Discrete multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDM) are a valuable support for decision-making processes. These methods allow to integrate both quantitative and qualitative technical information and values and preferences of the stakeholders. The objective of this work is to review the application of the most important discrete MCDM methods, published in the scientific literature, on Project Management field.
To do this, the most recent scientific papers, published in recognized journals, which use different discrete MCDM methods applied to diverse fields of Project Management were identified. The reviewed papers are classified depending on its applications on Project Management field.
