A growing number of companies are offering a new economic value based on the experiences. The new paradigm known as experience economy allows the user to obtain unique experiences based on intangible values, and thus can see surpassed their expectations for a product or service.
The evaluation of these experiences has become one of the biggest challenges for companies, either by the complexity of the valuation or the degree of abstraction of the concept. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a review of different experience evaluation tools and method. This paper displays a new classification of these tools in three areas of product development and services - strategy, product / service interaction - for ease of interpretation and implementation in the business environment.
