Remanufacturing is one of the strategies of end of life (EOL strategies for End Of Life) having greater recovery and aims to restore the product to a “like new” condition, offering the same quality and guarantee given for a new product. However, remanufacturing is the most complex in the reverse logistics activities. This communication seeks to recognize the factors involved in the process, which define its complexity and disseminate what is being done in remanufacturing companies to manage the complexity of the recovery system and analyze the application of some models that are currently used in measurement.
