Researchers, academics and even the National Development Plan 2012, converge about the insufficient entailment between university and the labor market. This results in a lack of harmony in the training of graduates of universities versus the reality of labor market. Formation gaps make the labor market apply additional resources to cover that formation gaps or himself detects the need to continue studying on his own to get a job. The underemployment and unemployment make the employability curve very high. At Baja California-Mexico, the interviews in different industries indicate that the recent graduate will take an average of three years to produce the required results and receive a good salary. We can assume that this situation has negative effects on the various fields of the national economy and we know there is not a exclusive Mexican problem.
The interest in developing this new job in order to provide relevant information to support formal opportunities for improvement in the process of forming a professional in university classrooms using the analogy of the production process in manufacturing, applying Lean tools (Lean Manufacturing) and mapping the value chain, or VSM for short English: "Value Stream Mapping".
