    Abstract
Development projects are a special type of projects, as they are changing entities that may vary according to the need to comply with the set objectives (Hernandez, Negrillo, Sagua, and Yague, 2011). These changes, due to the interaction with people and their environment, should be observed when developing these projects, giving them flexibility in planning and implementation and allowing that participation of the beneficiaries provide local knowledge and the co-execution with the stakeholders. This communication presents an amendment to the classic diagram of development projects, including feedback in all of its stages due to the participation of the stakeholders, using social learning as a model for planning and execution of development projects, so as to enrich the process continuously. This communication is part of the research on the achievement of a methodology that allows the execution of certain types of development projects that cannot be undertaken under the classic project theory.
