Inside this problematic, the aim of this communication is to show the results of the study made in one of the five existing certificates of origin (C.O.) in Galicia (Spain): the C.O. of Valdeorras, which has a total of 1.516 vine-growers distributed in eight district councils, with a cultivated area of 1.157 has and a production of 43.550.084 kg (information of 2010).
