| dc.description | El mar es una fuente de energía inagotable que hasta hoy en día no ha sido aprovechada en todo su potencial. La energía undimotriz o energía de las olas es una energía marina limpia y renovable, sin emisiones de CO2. Consiste en el aprovechamiento de la energía cinética y potencial del oleaje para la producción de electricidad. La energía undimotriz aun en fase de investigación y desarrollo tecnológico, se considera una industria emergente. España es actualmente uno de los principales países donde se están desarrollando distintas tecnologías en este campo y aspira a convertirse en un referente y líder mundial del futuro. En este artículo se presenta la legislación española existente para gestionar este tipo de proyectos así como la metodología para identificar los impactos ambientales de los dispositivos de energía de las olas más desarrollados en España. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The sea is an inexhaustible energy source that is not being exploited to its full potential.Tidal or wave energy is a clean, renewable offshore energy without CO2 emissions. It consists in the use of kinetic and potential energy of waves to produce electricity. Although the wave and tidal energy industry is still under research and technological development, it is considered an emerging industry. Spain is one of the main countries where differents technologies of tidal energy are being developed. Spain in the future hopes to become a global leader in wave energy. This article presents Spanish legislation to manage this type of project and the methodology to identify the environmental impacts of energy waves devices more developed in Spain. | es_ES |
