| dc.description | La logística necesaria para el acopio de forraje de forma centralizada conlleva la necesidad de una adecuada coordinación de los equipos transporte de forraje y los de extendido y compactación. Se busca garantizar unas condiciones de almacenamiento y maduración del forraje adecuadas, y al mismo tiempo lograr una agilidad en el proceso, evitando cuellos de botella que ralentizarían el conjunto del sistema de cosechado. En este trabajo se analizará el impacto que tiene la geometría de la rampa de descarga y compactado que se genera al rellenar los silos, sobre el rendimiento de la operación de descarga del forraje. Se pretende realizar un control del avance volumétrico del relleno de los silos de forraje, relacionando los kg descargados, el volumen de forraje sin extender y el número de unidades de transporte en espera con las dimensiones del silo en cada momento y con los equipos de extendido y compactado que participan en el proceso. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The logistics of forage compaction in a bunker silo need a proper coordination of transports and packing devices. The objective is to ensure adequate storage conditions and forage maturity. But the logistics provides agility in the process, avoiding bottlenecks that slow down the whole harvest system. In this paper we analyze the impact of the geometry and slope of the silo access ramp over the performance of the download and silage packing processes. In our trials we monitor the progress of the filling process, relating kg unloaded, the volume of forage without extending and the number of transports waiting with the variation in the silo dimensions silo at all times and ten number of packing and extend equipment involved in the process | es_ES |
