The concrete is a fairly resistant building material, which is worked in its plastic form, so it can take almost any form. This material consists essentially of water, cement, coarse and fine aggregates, air and then they add a fourth ingredient called additive as needed labor. We comment first on the regulations of the main properties of concrete: workability, cohesiveness, strength, durability and impermeability, by showing what is the behavior when applied to a pervious concrete open structure with zero slump that must comply with regulations ACI-522R. Displaying general expressions associated with these tests. We discuss the characteristics of the materials proportioning in hot climates to facilitate the delivery, placement and prolong the mixing fresh condition and behavior of the resistance to compression, in order to use this infrastructure permeable concrete urban and thus contributing to the recharge of aquifers and improving the environment. This research is conducted by the faculty of the UAdeC building, linked to the achievement of the department network of UPM projects and CONACYT.
