HERRAMIENTA PARA LA TOMA DE DECISIONES APLICADA A LOS PROYECTOS DE INSTALACIONES DE ACONDICIONAMIENTO DE AIRE EN HOSPITALES

Abstract

Hospital buildings are subjected to important technical, biological and hygienic requirements in reference to the presence of contaminant elements in the air. For this reason, a certain environmental quality with an adequate air flow must be ensured. This can be obtained by defining correctly the project for installing air-conditioning in hospitals during the design, execution, start-up and maintenance phases. In order to facilitate the drafting of this kind of projects, the present paper proposes a document verification system that performs a check-list based on UNE 100713:2005 and UNE 171340:2012 standards, which are oriented towards achieving a good environmental quality. The presented system permits to obtain a dossier with a totally homogenous and simplified structure, reducing the time spent on the planning, drafting and verification of the information. This tool has been evaluated by its application on the Northwest Regional Hospital of Murcia (IV Area – Murcian Health Service).
