SISTEMA DE PLANIFICACIÓN DE PROYECTOS EN BASE A LA SINIESTRALIDAD LABORAL

Abstract

The actual techniques on Project Planning allow us to determine, very accurately, the developing and the execution of our project’s activities, their duration, the necessary resources, the priorities and the existing concatenation, etc. Applying methods as the Critical Path or the Critical Chain we can even identify the activities that can affect more significantly the project and modify its duration, either for temporal delays or for restrictions of the system resources. Thus we can be prevented for these situations and take action to avoid that they could happen. Following the philosophy of these methods it is pretending to develop a methodology to identify the activities susceptible to modify the correctly development of our project based on the work accident rate, indicating the set of sensitive tasks which will have to pay particular attention from the point of view of the security, providing the necessary resources to guarantee it. The system identifies the set of sensitive activities based on the probability of accidents occurrence, determines the modification that our planning would suffer if these risks are materialized and proposes the actuation lines to prevent it.
