| dc.description | La elaboración de planes estratégicos sectoriales exige la utilización de gran cantidad de información. Mucha de esta información no se encuentra documentada y organizada de forma que sea accesible al equipo redactor. Las opiniones de los agentes implicados en el desarrollo del sector son de gran importancia para establecer el diagnóstico y las propuestas o líneas de actuación del plan. La metodología Grounded Theory ha sido notablemente contrastada en diferentes ámbitos territoriales, temporales y sectoriales como válida para el apoyo a las tareas de planificación. En este trabajo se muestra el desarrollo y aplicación de esta metodología como apoyo para la elaboración del plan estratégico de la industria gallega. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The sectoral strategic plans requires the use of large amounts of information. Much of this information is not documented and organized in a way that is accessible to the writing team. The views of those involved in the development of the sector are important for diagnosis and proposed courses of action or plan. The Grounded Theory methodology has been remarkably contrasted in various territorial, temporal and sectoral as valid to support planning efforts. This paper shows the development and application of this methodology as a support for the development of the strategic plan of the Galician industry. | es_ES |
