| dc.description | La empresa Postres y Dulces Reina con sede en Caravaca de la Cruz, amplia sus instalaciones con la construcción de un edificio dedicado a la Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación. Dicho edificio desea que sea un edificio ejemplar en cuanto a diseño enfocado al ahorro y la eficiencia energética para lo cual se ha contado con numerosos cuidados en la envolvente, orientación, forma geométrica, tratamiento de sombras artificiales, puentes térmicos, aislamiento, con el objetivo de reducir su demanda energética al mínimo, a la misma vez se ha contado con un sistema de climatización basado suelo radiante con energía solar térmica y caldera de condensación con gas natural para abastecer las necesidades constantes de calefacción y para dar cobertura a las puntas de demanda de calefacción y a la demanda de aire acondicionado se cuenta con un sistema VRV con zonificación independiente en todas las áreas. Todo el edificio cuenta con recuperadores de calor para la ventilación e iluminación con tecnología led. | es_ES |
