APLICACIÓN DE SELECCIÓN MULTICRITERIO PARA EL PROYECTO DE PUESTA EN VALOR DE LAS VILLAS TRADICIONALES DE LA COMARCA DE CARTAGENA.

Abstract

Nowadays, there is a trend toward to preservation of architectural heritage. This initiative has been jointed to others factors such as social awareness, interest from the institutions promoted by the National Plan of Traditional Architecture, and putting in use a part of these buildings through public or private budget. In this communication are chosen some Villas of Cartagena, as a possible element driver of the enhancement of the heritage of the region, transforming it an element of use to the tourism and cultural landscape. Through multi-criteria selection tools and geographic information systems the study will be conducted to establish the feasibility of the rehabilitation project and enhancement of these villas, in order to get in use.It has been stablished the following criteria: conservation state, structural stability, location, service roads, accessibility and use of renewable energies. Thus,an objective hierarchical list of these buildings is obtained for future actions.
