dc.descriptionLos sistemas retributivos son elementos claves en la gestión de personal y en la competitividad de las empresas. Las empresas buscan ser cada vez más flexibles para adaptarse a los requerimientos del mercado y de los proyectos que deben poner en marcha. Por ello, en las últimas décadas las empresas han modificado mucho sus políticas retributivas flexibilizándolas enormemente. Este trabajo analiza tres tipos diferentes de sistemas de prestaciones en función de su nivel de flexibilidad y los efectos de su aplicación en la atracción y retención del talento. Los datos de este estudio han sido recogidos de una muestra de 308 directores de recursos humanos de empresas españolas. Los resultados muestran que las empresas que aplican sistemas de compensación que proporcionan una mayor libertad a los trabajadores en la elección de sus beneficios, adaptándose a sus necesidades e intereses, logran mejorar su capacidad de atracción y retención de trabajadores esenciales con respecto a sus competidores.es_ES
dc.description.abstracthe remuneration systems are key elements in human resource management and competitiveness of enterprises. Companies are looking to be more flexible to adapt to market and projects requirements. Therefore, in recent decades companies have long changed their compensation policies significantly increasing its flexibility. This paper analyzes three different forms of benefit systems and the effects of their application on attracting and retaining talent, differentiating these systems depending on the flexibility offered to the workers. The data of this study have been collected from a sample of 308 human resources managers in Spanish firms, through survey. The results establish that the compensation systems that provide greater freedom to workers in the election of their benefits, adapting to their needs and interests, improve the attractiveness of essential workers for organizations and decrease their turnover rate regarding their competitors.es_ES
