ANÁLISIS DE LA PROBLEMÁTICA DE LAS PYMES DE LA INDUSTRIA MINERA DE CHILE. ESTUDIO DE ACTORES PARTICIPANTES MEDIANTE ANP

Abstract

In this paper the problem of mineral extraction process of SMEs in the mining industry in Chile's Region IV and analysis of stakeholders in decisions related to this process is addressed. To achieve the purposes of the research, the study of key players is performed using the Analytical Network Process (ANP). In this study the most critical problems facing SMEs in the mining industry are analysed, the stakeholders involved in decisions on proposed improvement actions to the problems of these companies are identified and, finally, these stakeholders are prioritized according to its influence in decisions about the mineral extraction process of this SMEs. To achieve its objectives, it has an outstanding team of experts with extensive knowledge of the problems of SMEs in the Mining Industry in the IV Region of Chile. The subject matter of the research involved 452 SMEs mining in this region and in the analysis of 17 stakeholders and their relationships of influence in decisions related to the mineral extraction process.
