EXPERIENCIAS EN EL ESTUDIO DEL PATRIMONIO INDUSTRIAL Y SU INCORPORACIÓN EN LA DOCENCIA DE MÁSTERES OFICIALES

Abstract

This paper exposes and analyzes different efforts in the field of the industrial heritage. Initiatives of different nature and approach are considered, but all related to different types of industrial heritage. Therefore, all these experiences represent contributions to improving the conservation and dissemination of knowledge, experiences and assets of the industrial heritage. Concretely, four experiences are considered. The development of presentations about European and Spanish assets. A collaborative activity based on the visit to these type of assets, taking ten pictures and elaborating a label of the element to describe it. Consulting on electronic media libraries papers with at least eighty years old published in technical journals. Finally, recording a series of radio programs called “Academic lives on industrial engineering”. These programs are recorded in the CEMAV of the UNED, and in them, prestigious teachers of Engineering Schools are interviewed. The four experiences are exposed and their results and opportunities are analyzed, both as separate strategies and as a set of initiatives. In the same way, teaching of these contents official masters in industrial engineering.
