| dc.description | La transferencia tecnológica (TT) de las energías renovables (ER) a lo largo de la historia ha sido una herramienta de gran importancia para el desarrollo rural (DR). Inicialmente la TT se ha conceptualizado como la compra o donación de maquinaria a países del primer mundo, sin considerar la capacitación del personal y las condiciones contextuales para la adopción de la tecnología a las necesidades del país. Diversas investigaciones han evidenciado la existencia de diferentes enfoques en la planificación de la TT de las ER, manifestando la alta complejidad de los proyectos desde la dimensión social y contextual. El presente trabajo aborda la evolución de la TT de las ER para el DR, examinando sus diferentes períodos, considerado tres criterios: los sucesos históricos, el papel de las partes implicadas y el cambio de objetivos de la TT de las ER para el DR. Para el análisis conceptual de los cambios se utiliza el modelo Working With People (WWP) para planificación y dirección de proyectos de DR de alta complejidad social. El análisis define la existencia de cuatro períodos históricos en la TT de las ER y sintetiza las lecciones de experiencia desde las tres dimensiones (ético-social, técnico-empresarial, y político-contextual) del modelo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Technology transfer (TT) in the area of renewable energy (RE) throughout history has been an important tool for rural development (RD). Initially, the TT has been conceptualized as the purchase or donation of machinery from first world countries - without any consideration of staff training and contextual conditions for the adaptation of technology to the needs of the country. Various researches have revealed the existence of different approaches to planning the TT of RE, demonstrating the high complexity of projects from the social and contextual dimension. This paper addresses the conceptual evolution of the TT of RE for RD, examining its different periods considered for three criteria: historical events occurred, the role of stakeholders and changing objectives for the TT of RE for RD. For the conceptual analysis of changes the model Working With People (WWP) is used for planning and project management of high social complexity in RD. The analysis defines the existence of four historical periods in the TT of RE and synthesizes the lessons of experience from the three dimensions (ethical-social, technical-entrepreneurial, and political-contextual) of the WWP model. | es_ES |
