| dc.description | Esta comunicación presenta un análisis crítico de la viabilidad del Fracking en España desde el punto de vista del desarrollo sostenible analizando los argumentos de los que se oponen a ella, estudiando en detalle los mas notables impactos y riesgos de la tecnología . Además y como aportación original se proponen algunas medidas de mitigación y control a la hora de su autorización ambiental para la racionalización de su implantación progresiva en España en base a las lecciones aprendidas de su desarrollo en Estados Unidos y las mejores técnicas disponibles procedentes de otras actividades industriales. Esta comunicación es el resultado de un trabajo de investigación dentro del área de Proyectos de Ingenieria en la UPCT de Cartagena. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This article is a summary of a critical feasibility analysis of the fracking development in Spain from the sustainable development point of view. We analyse the No fracking argumentation having a look to the impacts and risks that hydraulic fracture brings in order to explore and explote the non-conventional natural gas resources. Besides the analysis of topics that are flowing in the media, we propose some rational ideas to implement them progressively in Spain based on the experiences and lessons learned at USA with some years of fracking explosion and from best practices from the heavy industry.
