| dc.description | En Colombia los Desórdenes Musculo Esqueléticos (DME) representan la primera causa de morbilidad laboral con un 88% de todos los casos. Debido a esto, surge la necesidad de generar estrategias que faciliten el desarrollo de modelos de prevención de los DME y adicionalmente, está aumentando la demanda por parte de las aseguradoras de riesgos laborales, de la evaluación "simple” y de herramientas de gestión que también puedan ser utilizadas por personal no experto. En este orden de ideas, el protocolo de intervención caja de herramientas (PIP-DME), utilizado para la prevención de los DME, ha sido una opción innovadora para abordar el estudio de este fenómeno. Sin embargo, estas herramientas han generado inconvenientes en su uso y aplicación por parte de los profesionales expertos, quienes han tenido dificultades para llevar a cabo de forma correcta y óptima la aplicación de las mismas. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, la presente comunicación presenta un trabajo cuyo objetivo principal es integrar todos los instrumentos con el propósito de verificar la viabilidad y confiabilidad de los instrumentos de recolección de datos que se utilizan para el protocolo de intervención para la prevención de los desórdenes músculo esquelético. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In Colombia the MusculoSkeletal Disorders (MSD) represents the first cause of occupational morbidity with an 88% of all cases. Because of this, arises the need to generate strategies that facilitate the development of models of prevention of the MSD and additionally, the demand is increasing by the occupational risk insurers, of the “simple“ evaluation and the tools of management that can also be used by a non expert professional. In this order of ideas, the protocol of intervention toolkit, used for the prevention of the MSD, it has been an innovative option to approach the study of this phenomenon. However, these tools have generated problems in their use and application by the professional experts, which have had difficulties to carry out the application of these tools in a correct and optimal way. Taking into account the above, this paper presents an study which main objective was to integrate all the tools in order to verify the feasibility and reliability of the data collection systems used for the intervention protocol for the prevention of MusculoSkeletal Disorders. | es_ES |
