dc.description	El objetivo de la presente investigación es recoger y analizar las percepciones de los trabajadores respecto de dos de los métodos más empleados en el ámbito profesional de la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para realizar la evaluación psicosocial: el FPSICO y el COPSOQ. Ambos instrumentos se aplicaron a una muestra de 41 trabajadores de tres unidades organizativas de un Centro Tecnológico. Además de analizar las respuestas proporcionadas por los participantes, se recogió su opinión acerca de diversas variables tales, como facilidad de uso, redacción de los ítems, claridad de las instrucciones y garantía de confidencialidad. Los participantes consideran que el FPSICO contempla mejor los factores psicosociales de riesgo, siendo, operativamente, un método más ágil y completo. Sin embargo, debido a las limitaciones de los cuestionarios de autoinforme en los que se basan ambos métodos, debemos ser prudentes a la hora de interpretar los resultados, lo que nos exige contrastar la información obtenida con otras fuentes disponibles en las organizaciones.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study is to analyze the workers perception´s with regard to the most used methods to identify and evaluate psychosocial risks in companies: the FPSICO and the COPSOQ. Both instruments were applied to a sample of 41 workers of three organizational units of a technology centre. In addition to analyze the answers, we collected his opinion about several variables, such as ease of use, writing items, clarity of instructions, and confidentiality. The participants considered that the FPSICO provides better psychosocial risks, being operationally a more accurate and complete method. However, due to the limitations of the questionnaires of self-reporting we must be careful when interpreting these results requiring us to contrast the information obtained through other sources that organizations have.	es_ES
