dc.descriptionLa gestión de la prevención de riesgos laborales se considera prioritaria en Navantia. Los riesgos para la seguridad y salud son identificados y evaluados controlándose de que se adoptan las medidas preventivas para conseguir el objetivo de CERO INCIDENTES. En los últimos años, la empresa ha disminuido los índices de siniestralidad de la plantilla propia significativamente y se vuelcan numerosos esfuerzos en trasladar el Sistema de Gestión de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y nuestra Cultura Preventiva a las Industrias Auxiliares. El objetivo de esta ponencia es informar sobre las metodologías y los resultados obtenidos y las acciones futuras.es_ES
dc.description.abstractHealth and Safety are considered as imperative in Navantia. Occupational risks are defined and evaluated in order to control that every preventive measure is adopted to achieve the goal of ZERO INCIDENTS. The incidents trends have been significantly decreased for our staff so our efforts are focused on Subcontractor engagement in our Health, Safety and Environmental System as well as for the Safety Culture promotion. The objective of this presentation is to explain these methodologies, present results and future actions.es_ES
